You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. A-CHA is a semi-real-name community: your nickname, nationality, and (if verified) school may be visible to others.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Pornography, hate speech, racism, religious denigration, harassment, illegal content, scams, and impersonation are prohibited and will be removed. You can report content or block users at any time; we review reports and act on violations, typically within 24 hours.
You own what you post and grant A-CHA a license to display it in the app. Images only (no video), up to 5 per post. Don't post others' private information or copyrighted material without permission.
Orders are placed in the app and fulfilled via our suppliers. Eligible items may be refunded within 7 days if unopened, to your original payment method, subject to applicable e-commerce law. Shipping is within Korea.
You may delete your account anytime in Settings → Delete account, which removes your posts and profile. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
A-CHA is provided "as is." We connect users and (in the store) suppliers but are not liable for user interactions beyond our moderation duties.
